    • Catherine at Green Dahlia was recommended to us by the Baker we used for the wedding. What an excellent recommendation it was! Catherine’s creative ability is astounding. Her knowledge of growing plants of all kinds is incredible and vast. From flowers to succulents to grasses to grains that bud. There is no limit to what she is able to put together for you. For example, I really liked the idea of giving my bridesmaids color specific bouquets instead of them being just smaller versions of my bouquet. One of my wedding colors was grey. SO, that idea is done, right? You cant make a flower bouquet grey, right? WRONG!! She took an airplant as the base and had beautiful dried pods, thistle, sage, and a number of other grey shaded foliage. It was absolutely stunning!! I was looking for very not typical, true to me (cause my husband didn’t feel strongly about the foliage) representation through our flowers. I left most, if not all of the balls in Catherine’s court.
